Bless the Lord, all ye His Angels: you that are mighty in strength, and execute His word, hearkening to the voice of His orders. Bless the Lord, O my soul: and let all that is within me bless His holy name.

O God, who dost arrange the services of Angels and men in a wonderful order: mercifully grant that our life may be protected on earth by those who always do Thee service in heaven. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end. Amen.

In those days: There was a great battle in heaven: Michael and his Angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels: and they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven. And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world: and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying: Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ: because the accuser of our brethren is cast forth, who accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of the testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you that dwell therein.

Bless the Lord, all ye His Angels: you that are mighty in strength, that do His will. Bless the Lord, O my soul: and let all that is within me bless His holy name. Alleluia, alleluia. Holy Archangel Michael, defend us in battle: that we may not perish in the dreadful judgment. Alleluia.

At that time: The disciples came to Jesus, saying: Who, thinkest Thou, is the greater in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus, calling unto Him a little child, set him in the midst of them, and said: Amen I say to you, unless you be converted, and become as little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, he is the greater in the kingdom of heaven. And he that shall receive one such little child in My name, receiveth Me. But he that shall scandalize one of these little ones that believe in Me, it were better for him that a millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe to the world because of scandals. For it must needs be that scandals come: but nevertheless woe to that man by whom the scandal cometh. See that you despise not one of these little ones: for I say to you, that their Angels in heaven always see the face of My Father who is in heaven.

Supported by the intercession of blessed Michael the Archangel, we humbly beseech Thee, O Lord, that we may attain by our minds what we touch with our lips. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, who liveth and reigneth with Thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end. Amen.
